Virgin Media failure

Yesterday our broadband, TV and telephone all failed, this was supposed to be rectified by 2pm this afternoon.A while ago the TV service resumed and thankfully the broadband but we still have a phone line as dead as a dodo.Has anyone else had this problem?Sometimes it is not a good idea to rely on 1 provider for everything!

Yes, we went down too but as our phone is through the internet we've got that back now and we don't have TV just Iplayer and ondemand, so we're O k now, hope you get reconnected soon.

No problems here except a brief go-slow on broadband this aft, maybe when they were reconnecting the rest of you!

Nope, on another go-slow. So few problems after three years with them. Mustn't complain!

It makes one aware of just how much we depend on the new technology, rather lost when everything fails!

"Hope they compensate customers for the inconvenience!"They might not unless you request it.  Worth a phone call to ask them, as that might prompt them to process the deduction off your next bill.

Yes, you'll definitely need to ask and it'll only be a pound or two.

Thanks Richard, yes we shall ask for some compensation, all our service from Virgin Media failed so I do think we are entitled to something.
