Deceased Cat

There is a cat that has died on Westbourne Avenue.  There doesn't appear to be any sign of injury.   It is on the pavement (opposite that flats at the Emmanuel Avenue end)It is a predominantly white cat with ginger markings on it's back.   If you know who the cat belongs to perhaps you could let them know. I am sure it must have had a home.

I will call the vet on Emmanuel Avenue in the morning but I can't pick it up...I am too squeamish.  If anyone else would like to volunteer that would be great

Debbie, you can phone Ealing council on 020 8825 8825 - they have an emergency service to collect a dead animal and will also check for a microchip so that the owner, if traceable, can be told.

Thank you Nina.  I called them this morning and the cat was gone when I got back from work.  I hope they manage to find the owner.  Poor little thing.
