How sick can spammers get?

Unless there's a link in it to a site selling fake watches or fake viagra, it doesn't look like spam, just human error.

It has spam characteristics.I assume that in the original email the "here" at the end is a link.The From field name does not match the signature in the text and  the domain name in it does not imply the company in the signature .... and that domain implies Italy which agin does not seem to fit.
