industrial food smell pollution

Has anyone noticed the appalling food smell coming from somewhere in Park Royal?The wind direction of the last week or so seems to drive it towards West Acton. It is really disgusting at times and I would have thought that the Council should intervene.

Anthony, I have been on for years about these 'smell the biscuits' smells.You should  be worried about the PM10's which are being carried by the wind when you get these smells, as they are coming from the Horn Lane Industrial site next to Acton Main Line Station.  These PM10's kill you.  They are so small your lungs cannot deal with them.See other posts on Pollution in Horn Lane.So every time you get the smells you are breathing in the pollution coming from the industrial sites in Horn Lane.

Unfortunately my last CT scan showed a spot on on of the lungs.Don't  expect the council or our councillors to do anything, they are pathetic.  Try e-mailing Abdullah as he seems to be the only one showing any interest in the pollution issues.  It's a pity the other five councillors don't have the same flair. (Acton central and east Acton).May be worth giving Julian Bell a nudge, as I understand his daughter has had hospital admissions for breathing problems.
