Notice against Ealing Council

NOTICE is hereby served against Ealing Council et al that unless the SAFE intervention with any of my children is not stopped court application will be made to get it stopped. No confirmation received by 17:00 24th July 2014 will be proceeded by an application to court. Shouldn't anything to do with Council interventions regarding children be kept confidential.  The moderators should probably consider deleting this post, in order to comply with the law.

Anne you are probably right.I think the OP is under the misconception that a notice on a little read (with respect) community website construes a suitable vehicle for publishing such a notice.I would urge him to seek legal advice as a matter of some urgency.

Your council application does not make any sense. What are you trying to say? You want safe intervention with your children to be stopped, so you want to put your children in peril, why is that?

What Abdul is complaining about is Ealing Councils Social Services Dept. interfering with his family. I myself have had problems with these people. They have been deliberatly targeting vunerable families for abuse and intimidation,and also breaking the law by accessing confidential medical records without consent.What these people have been doing is an outrage and they must be stopped and held to account.If anyone else has had problems with them please contact me at 020 8896 3122 or email me at robertlittle1959@yahoo.co.ukas I am presently trying to set up a campaign to expose what has been going on.
