No hot water

Hi, just wondering if those living off Horn Lane are experiencing  having no hot water?  I have consulted Thames Water website and it states Church Road and Old Oak Road are having issues, but I do not think it should affect us.

There's also been a burst water main in Ealing Broadway - https://twitter.com/EalingCouncil/status/498396685991952384 - so Thames Water could be diverting some supply away from surrounding areas to help customers in the affected area.

Burst water main Ealing Broadway affecting the whole area, road closed. Low pressure this morning but able to shower, down to just a trickle now.

Thanks. Looks like it might be Ealing Broadway issue. Shame Thames Water cannot update their website to reflect this.

We're off entirely - eventually got through to Thames Water who're understandably experiencing high call volumes - they say a 'very wide' area is affected by the Ealing burst.  All of Ealing itself is off.  TW were also considering bringing in bottled water when we spoke to them about an hour ago.

No water hot or cold whatsoever on Grafton. Any idea how long this will go on for?

No hot water here off Essex for us or our neighbours. On 'ignore' with Thames Water for over half an hour. Finally hung up.

No water in Faraday Road either.  Fed up waiting on hold for Thames water and having to listen to them lecturing us about saving water. I would save water if only I had some!

Just had a look at Thames Water's Twitter feed. Seems as well as the burst in Ealing Broadway there's a problem at a booster station in Putney affecting SW3,5,6,7,10, SW1W and W3,6 and 14 postcode areas due to this morning's storm.

Water back on at 5pm says the Thames Water Twitter. The problem lies with a pumping station it seems.

Feel slightly smug - Thames Water have been working in East Acton Lane/Shaa Road for the last couple of weeks to improve the supply and guard against future water bursts.  And today we've actually got water!

No water again this morning - seems there is a "fault in the network" according to a message recorded at 8:30 on their 0800 316 9800 number, but Thames Water aren't being specific as to where it is in particular!
