Missed recycling collection in Goldsmith Avenue. Is it just me?

Plastics went but neither green boxes. Next door's seem to have been. Can't work out why not.Why does this always happen on a Playing Out weekend when I need to be respectable with unblocked front path?

Hi Sara.  We have another week of half-measures and the contractor not doing their job in our street with only half the refuse being collected and the recycling being taken.....along with most of the white recycling bags, so now most of us don't have one!  You just couldn't make it up.  This is now again become a frequent occurance and it's a shambles.  Ealing Council need to get tough with the Contractor.

That's especially strange as the green box and plastics are now connected by the same team in the same truck... Which suggests white plastics sacks are a waste of everyone's time and money.

Our white plastics are certainly collected separately from the green box and food box - and were today unproblematically thank goodness.

All of our waste and recycling taken on Wednesday, apart from the fact the left half of it lying in the road. It's Friday and it's still there.

The same here in East Acton.  They make no effort at all to clean up and it's not until late Friday (if we're lucky) that the streets are cleaned.  I made a formal complaint to the council over a month ago but no reply.
