We use them for parts and recommendations as well.However, they do not do the building.They have a handful of local plumbers that they recommend - we picked one years ago and they did good work for us.Jim and James Moore ... but I think Jim has retired and I don't know if James has reverted to plumbing only rather than than full works - company name was Crest Interior Services.
