but I did get in some sweeties - and everyone is going past the door - i can hear the giggles but only two tiny trick-or-treaters so far.And we are going out soon.

Sarah, as a rule we encourage children to only knock on doors where a pumpkin is displayed or a candle or any sign saying that you don't mind or even welcome callers. It is very annoying to repeatedly having to answer the door when you are not taking part and we respect that.

Everyone was really good - next year I shall do a candle or pumpkin - though some said on Facebook that she had counted her visitors - in Woodhurst Road- and had 206 in two hours. I deffo didn't have enough sweeties for that scale of invasion!

Woodhurst is The Destination road for trick or treaters. Some houses have queues outside them.

Woodhurst Rd is like Piccadilly!! They are very good though and don't ring unless there is a pumpkin. The kiddies all looked fab and happy dashing about.
