Homebase in Acton

There were reports in the press recently that a third of homebase outlets were set to close but there didn't seem to be any indications of which one. Does anybody know if the local one is on the list?

I suspect that the Acton one will remain.I was up north last week and found one there covered in 'Everything must go' signs. There were some good deals to be had.  My guess is that we would have seen something similar in ACton if it was going to close down.

It's worth mentioning the new addition of the mini Argos store, it's a real big time saver than travelling to Ealing Broadway and paying for parking etc. The boys outside the parking lot washing cars are really top notch, 5 star cleaning for £5! I doubt Homebase will go anytime soon.
