Acton writer new book featuring Churchfield Road restaurants

Marc Blake-Will, who lives on Churchfield Road, has bought out another satirical book. This time having a humorous look at food from a UKIP point of view. Perhaps there's an opportunity for the author to do a book signing at Fields, Bake Me, for the Village Trading Store, for those that have bought the book.  I'd attend.

I thought it ever so funny and bought several copies last year. Are they still on sale in local shops? Haven't seen them this year....thought there might be a sequel. PS no connection and haven't met the authorWhy the venom?

As a local representative of UKIP I can't say I have ever heard of a UKIP point of view on food.Booze on the other hand....

Please do:Pitshanger bookshop don't have it and neither do Waterstones in Chiswick.They looked faintly askance at the thought of stocking any though I stressed the localness.Anyhow, let us know - I'd like two copies please.

Thanks, guys. The UKIP Cookbook is doing well. It's only been out a week and has also been featured in The Mirror and Independent.But special thanks to Field's and Bake Me: it is where a lot of the book was written, all fuelled by great food and coffee.
