I've used West London Cars a number of times, but recently they let me down twice two nights in a row. First time their driver arrived over an hour early to pick me up from a gig. He called me constantly during that hour and being in a very loud gig I couldn't hear what he was saying so text him to remind him of pick up time! He had disappeared by the original pick up time leaving me stranded late at night on my own. Following night, same time and location pick up and this time, despite making my disatisfaction of the previous night very clear, no cab arrived at pick up time. On phoning they said they had the booking on the system, but they hadn't allocated a driver to the job. Again left stranded late at night on my own. Won't be using them again!
