Arrived overnight, am sharpening my pen (metaphorically!)
Bother!I didnt realise that the only opportunity to say something was in the free text box at the beginning - so didnt say enough - particularly about the lack of provision for older people.
I had to use the back button. More sensible to have the any-other-comments box at the end.
