A level - distance learning/online

Hi has anyone got any experience of distance learning colleges offering A Level courses,  any to avoid,  good ones etcI'm toying with doing one just for "fun"  so would need outside of work hours so thought distance learning may work.  Perhaps I am being mad,  who knows!

Can't you do them at the local college? Maybe in evening classesMight that be more fun?

For fun or profit I would definitely recommend the Open University for a wide range of courses (though not specifically A levels):http://www.open.ac.uk/

Ealing Hammersmith and West London college do an evening class but doesn't start until September and I may be too tired after work.  I thought if distance learning could study when I feel like it.I rather suspect I'll do zilch was an on the spur of the moment idea!
