Saturday Aqua at the gym.

The promised new Saturday Aqua class starts at Everyone Active next Saturday, 10th, at 8:15am in the training pool. I'm thinking fall out of bed, straight to the class, breakfast after.Sign up so they don't have an excuse to say no one wants it.

I have booked - haven't been for a while so might as well get the new year off to a good start.

Had a decent class of a dozen this morning. Be aware that the class is timetabled for 45 minutes rather than the regular 55.
