What's left in The Oaks?

Hi there, can anyone tell me what shops are still open in The Oaks? Am I right that Iceland and Sports Direct have already closed down?

I haven't been in recently but the staff in Poundstretcher told me they would be closed come the new year. Didn't see any indication that the 99p shop, Boots or Savers were due to go.

Hi Samantha happy New Year. Only the 99p shop left and the units that do key cutting and greeting cards. Savers has moved down to where Superdrug once was on the High Street. Boots currently unaffected.

The luggage shop was very useful. I got the perfect gym bag there in the spring. Has that found a new home locally?

I went to Savers yesterday to find everything gone with the exception of 99p shop.  I went to Savers in Ealing instead so glad to know it's still on the High Street.I was told by the lady in the shoe kiosk that they will be staying as will Boots.Does anyone know when the works are due to be finished?

The shoe kiosk might be popular with some but it is in the worst possible position, right at the main entrance! Surely this should be tucked away in a corner of the new development. It is very dusty and not the most attractive sight one would wish to see when entering a shopping mall.A perfume kiosk, flower stall or something alomg these lines would really improve the entrance.

Had no idea until this weekend that Superdrug had closed down until this weekend. Saw no notices about it.

Apparently Savers will open in 6 days time (there was a sign in the window) in the shop previously used by Superdrug.
