Ludlowthompson Acton Incompetence

A TO  LET advertising board from Ludlowthompson has been mistakenly erected outside our houseThis should have been at the next door house where our charming neighbours are trying to let a flat Despite several call to the agent, this still haven’t been moved I had 2 couple of people knocking at my door and this is now annoying This prove once again how incompetent they are and only care about themselves

Have they nailed it you your property?> Tell them that you will pursue a claim for criminal damage (yes it can be construed as such).ORYou could invoice them a daily fee for advertising site hire (£10 is reasonable) and chase them for payment with a daily e-mail.Also, the Council have an obligation to prevent such 'flyposting' of agency signs, just let them (Trading Standards) know if you don't get your site rent :-)

It is illegal to put a sign up when the property is not being offered for sale/let.

'This prove once again how incompetent they are and only care about themselves 'Really? The sign was probably put up by a firm contracted by the estate agent to do so - you can see them driving round the area with signs for a variety of agents on the back of the van. The mistake was theirs not Ludlow Thompson's and I would be pretty sure they are chasing it up and just as annoyed as you that this has happened.
