I just booked a massage through Groupon. I rang the salon to book and because I have been there once before, they wanted to charge me an extra £11 on top. I thought this was outrageous and cancelled my voucher immmediately. The information about new clients only was buried away in a long paragraph about all sorts of other things. Not happy. And Groupon say it will take 5-7 working days before my money is returned. Why so long?!
