Grahame Tower

Is Grahame Tower still standing in Hanbury Road? If so,would anyone know when it is coming down? I spent a lot of happy days living there in the 70/80's and would like to get over to London to have one last look at it! Thanks.

Demolition of Grahame Tower should start in April, with the new build going up from September. Barwick and Brouncker Rd are both in much later phases.

It is still up -but is vacant and has hoarding up around it.I'm at a meeting of the community board on Monday and will ask for an update on the timescale for you.

I think Graham Tower is the one near Bollo Bridge Road and near the Community Centre. If so, it is either down or due to be demolished shortly as that section is in the next phase of development. You can check the South Acton Master Plan on yoursouthacton.gov.uk. I don't live in that part of Acton but have been following the development with some interest.
