Oaks Redevelopment

Hi,Does anyone have any info on the progress of the Oaks Shopping Centre redevelopment?  Most of the shops were closed down a couple of months ago but not much has happened since.  Also the Acton Regeneration Company's website has gone offline.I am wondering have they gone bust or is another appeal pending?

The Judicial Review is scheduled for a hearing - on appeal - on April 7th, I believe.Didn't know ARC's website had disappeared - how odd - are you sure? Having the appeal pending wouldn't, of itself, make any difference to that you wouldn't think.
