can anyone recommend a good local slimming club?

I need a bit camaraderie to stay on a diet. Any sensible replies welcomed!

I'm a helper at the Weightwatchers meeting in Chiswick on a Wednesday evening from 6.30pm. Its a lovely supportive group, and our leader (Carmel) is young, recently trained and inspirational. She also leads the meeting at Ealing Broadway on a Saturday morning.

I think Weight Watchers are probably the best. Just enter your postcode in their website and you'll find locations and times near you.
