Car repair - Autohaus

Hello all,Unfortunately, the radiator in my car needs to be replaced & I've been calling a few mechanics in Acton for quotes. Autohaus on Churchfield road quoted me a reasonable price, but before I book I just wanted to know if anyone on the forum had any positive or negative experiences at this garage?Thanks in advance,Neelesh

Hi all, I ended up going with Autohaus. Apart from an initial misunderstanding regarding a booking appointment of when the car would be repaired, I have to give a mention on how polite & friendly the staff were. I was given frequent telephone updates on when exactly I could collect the car & all done for a reasonable price.The usual non-affiliations with the business apply, just a satisfied customer.

I used them in the past when I still had a car. They always did a good job at a reasonable price, and they never recommended unnecessary repairs.

Nobody is ever perfect, but having used them a few times over the last year, I can recommend them.In fact, I picked up my car from them today, after they carried out a minor repair, which although not strictly related to work they did previously, they still did under their warranty, with no labour charge.

I have used them twice for bodywork and they were good but I do not have experience on general Clare work.I would have thought that they do a lot of radiator replacements given the amount of crash repairs that they do.I have had main dealerships in Brentford recommend them for repairs as they use therm themselves.
