Cloister Road Surgery had 88 missed appointments in February 2015and it seems this is not unusual.Any other surgery's in the area have same problem.

That's appalling. People should be charged for missing. You practically have to be dying to get an appointment on the Avenue Road surgery, as good as the doctors there are.

Cloister Road Surgery had 165 missed appointments in March 2015I believe this covers all appointments.

Crown street surgery said the missed appointments dropped when they did on the day bookings. But recently they have brought in booking ahead in the afternoons again - so maybe not as successful aS they had hoped
