morning all i had a terrible time at waitrose about 12 weeks ago got a apology from the lady on sunday was in this store again at checkout i was made look like a fool again mgr apologized this should have not happen brief what happen on sunday as i had a ruck sack and a walking aid i ask was it ok to leave my rucksack on where the basket was so i could pack my items she said yes half way in she pushed the basket towards me ruck sack went flying i said i ask was it ok to leave it here she i need more room very very rude and i said why the attitude she stormed off i am getting the mrg mgr came ask what happened told him again sorry i have a word with her left me in the aisle i left went to marks i did report to head office on sunday had to chase them to today what happen they said they sent a email on monday but i did not get it
