Planning solicitor required

I am looking for some recommendations for good planning law solicitor who can advise on the council's actions in a planning matter.  Is the solicitor used by the churchfield residents group for the Oaks Development plans recommended?

Can I ask how the shiisha smoking is affecting your backyard? Smoking outdoors is still allowed as far as I know. In what way is this shiisha joint breaking the rules?

Leigh Day were for Judicial Review purposes rather than this sort of planning I think.

Angela - this is very much individual to me - unauthorised shisha activity going on adjacent to my backyard.  Whilst the council have issued an enforcement notice - they are now seeking to reach an agreement with the counsel of the shisha establishment and the unauthorised activity goes on and on.

Barbara, is this to do with a tower of flats being built or more individual/residential to you?  We need to keep on top of these big developers overdeveloping and completely changing the fabric and face of Acton.

I think the Oaks team used Leigh Day who also have a specialist department, but I don't have any contact details.
