They're pulling the wool over our eyes, surely?  Cllr Bassam Maufouz stood up in Council Chambers a couple of weeks back and said the street cleaning/refuse service had improved.  He could sell oil to Saudis.  (Although, I wasn't bought!)

Watched astonished yesterday as the Amey Compactor and operatives emptied four large receptacles at Bryant Court: two general rubbish, one separated card and one separated plastics, all into the same dustVan.
