Oh dear. That's a disappointment. But surely Rupa isn't the person to help with Jonathan's causes - that of booting high-rise and greedy developments out of residential and suburban Acton? She is Labour and as such will support the Labour run Council we have, who are all FOR the high-rise, high density Friary Park development (and probably the Premier Inn development as well). Infact, our Catalyst guest last week at our meeting, Martin Freeman, told us, sitting alongside our Councillor during the Q & A section, that the "landmark" tower on Friary Park is being "driven by the Council". How's about that? I din't hear our Councillor correct him. I was taking the minutes, so forgive me if I didn't hear that one, please point it out to me. No, Jonathan Notley's cause and objectives are not in alignment with our Labour Council nor by default Rupa's Labour Party. Incongruent.
