THE OAKS - Any news on progress???

Now that most of the shops in The Oaks have gone, apart from the 99p store, the place is dire. Acton High Street is urgently needing new shops - does anyone know when work will begin or do we have to wait years before anything is done to upgrade the place?Perhaps they ordered the stores to move too soon?

It's a real shame as the High Street is dead at the moment. Do miss Iceland it was really handy for frozen stuff.
