Sainsburys coming to Horn Lane

It seems the HSS hire shop may be turning into a Sainsburys based on licensing application:Sainsburys 183 Horn Lane, Acton, W3 6NR  Acton Central Ward OPEN for Consultation   New Application received 14/05/2015 10:03:00 and OPEN for Consultation until 11/06/2015  Applicant = Sainsburys Supermarket Ltd  Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 00:00 - 24:00 Sale of alcohol hours: Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 23:00 Brief summary of application: Supermarket selling groceries and off alcohol sales

yes but I can be in and out of the co-op in 3 minutes against 30 in Morrisson.

Sainsburys local would be a great improvement in that location, I agree with you Bob the present owners have never bothered to clear the weeds and rubbish from the front of their premises.As far as the Co-Op is concerned, some competition can surely only be a good thing? Although the Co-Op are handy for bread and milk in an emergency, their prices are too high compared to Morrisons for instance.

Hope the Coop doesn't suffer as a result, I find it a convenient top up shop would hate to see it lose out.I wonder what will go in the Leamington pub, the flats are being refurbed but the ground floor is a prime location with it's proximity to the station

Oh yes please beg grovel !- presume its the Cross Rail effect So fed up with years of battling the HSS management to sort out the weeds and rubbish on their frontage.
