My Virgin Media land line has been down since yesterday evening. Problem has meant to have been sorted according to text message I got on my mobile.Anyone else got problems?

My virgin phone line has been down for 25 months!, apparently they can't get permission from the council to dig into the pavement to get to the cables to replace them!
