More than one car price rise.
Has to make a comment on this. Seemingly it now costs £15.00 extra to have second car registered at same address. They say it is going to cut down on the amount of cars in the street. WHO IS GOING TO SELL A CAR so they do not have a second car. They should charge 10 times that amount and then maybe the car maybe sold. In principal the idea is OK, but its just another way to collect money.
