We received a letter yesterday from CJ O'Shea & Co Ltd stating that the demolition work at The Oaks will commence on 17/8/15 and finish 28/4/16.

The 99p shop is staying but I am wondering how the demolition is going to work around the shop. I also imagined that there is going to be a hell of a lot of noise and dust generated.
