Frairy Park estate
It seems only Mr Martyn Freeman Head of Special Projects at Catalyst Housing has been making more vacuous statements about the Friary Park estate. Mr Freeman once again drew the Metropolitan police away from their duties to sit in their car out side the community centre. Martyn Freeman has told the Metropolitan police that he required police at his workshops because local residents have been threatening him. Once again this provided to be misleading and a serious waste of police time because as usual no one attended.Friary Park residents have been informed that the earliest Roderick Nicholas Cahill, the Managing director of Catalyst Housing, can make an application to build the luxury flats he is already taking deposits for is December 2015.It appears Martyn Freeman was again recorded using the word surplus when he was talking about the profit his company, a Registered Social Landlord, is currently making from deposits obtained from foreigner investors interested in purchasing London properties. He uses this word deliberately to deceive the residents of the estate and members of the Friary Green Residents Association which now includes local Justices of the PeacePersonally I hope those responsible will make sure Catalyst Housing get a bill for the police services they have been using since they announced the demolition of the estate last October.
