Auntie Essie is out of double-knit.
Can anyone nearby help before tomorrow evening when I go and see her?My husband's Auntie Essie is 94 and housebound. She has lost the sight in one eye. The one thing she can do to contribute to life around her, is to knit and this she does, making scarves and hats for refugee children.She HATES me buying wool as she says she only uses bits of double knit and everyone has the odd ball hanging around.Well, I can't knit and so don't.Does anyone?
