Anyone able to suggest someone who would take my garden waste to recycling? Not commercial please. That costs quadruple. There is quite a lot.

It is not a good time for me at the moment Maire otherwise I would have volunteered. How about sharing with a neighbour in exchange for something?Unless you have plenty of space it is a shame to fill a small garden up with a huge plastic wheelie bin which stays pretty much empty most of the time. Have you tried Cultivate London - I think they have started doing some garden work?

Ealing Council recycle garden waste. I have a big wheelie bin which they empty fortnightly. Even if I have a load of cuttings, I can usually get my son to jump up and down on them to squash everything in.
