Anyone know what or who it is actually for? I'm guessing its a police lock-up for seized vehicles but actually have no idea.

Where? Do you mean the little yard at the junction with Gunnerbury Lane? I think that's used by the garage just down the road - I've never seen any police anywhere near it.There's a big planning application pending for flats on the site.
