fly tipping all over acton AGAIN
again we on our street have 20 bags very large bags garden waste 8 car wheels and other house hold stuff beds etc all from the same flats also brollo bridge road next to chrildrens play area , church road, newton ave ,and meon road.reported to the council plua local south acton councillors its terrible same people why dont they fine these people
