Best Estate Agent To Sell An Acton Property

HiPlease could I have your recommendations on which local estate agent would be the best to sell a property in Acton. Need to sell pretty quickly! Thanks Georgina

Dealt with all Acton estate agents in the past 5 years, complete shambles the lot of them. Japan Services was the worst, every time a buyer came for a viewing the agent told them the wrong price or feature, ''this house has underfloor heating''. glad I was following them and corrected the lie.Instead we went with emoov - online estate agents and it worked out to be far cheaper and less stressful.

We used Aston Rowe on Churchfield Road to manage both the sale and purchase when we moved from East Acton to Central Acton.Practical, reliable and thorough in all our dealings with them.  Happy to recommend as they did a fantastic job for us.

I don't have recent experience but I always got the best service in the past from independent local agents and this is confirmed by what people who have bought and sold property more recently have told me.
