Planning: LAND TO THE REAR OF WESTERN COURT ROSEBANK WAY AND 9-65 YORK ROAD
LAND TO THE REAR OF WESTERN COURT ROSEBANK WAYAND 9-65 YORK ROADACTONW3 6TTDescription Redevelopment of the site to provide for the construction of a part single storey, part two storey, part three storey and part four storey development including excavation to provide a basement level comprising 77sqm of B1(a) office space and 37 residential units (1x2 bed house, 4x3 bed houses, 11x1 bed flats, 12x2 bed flats and 9x3 bed flats) including on-site amenity and play space, associated car parking, landscaping and refuse storage (following demolition of existing buildings)http://www.pam.ealing.gov.uk/portal/servlets/ApplicationSearchServlet?PKID=182924Interesting that they choose to ignore the data from the Horn Lane monitoring station because "it is not considered suitable, as it located next to a bus stop which has a high volume of buses at regular intervals. In addition, the monitoring location is situated adjacent to a short term parking provision".I have just submitted a question to Ealing planning about that.
