On the proposed new service I would like to see a number of things:1. An 'overview' of each application - avoiding the need to struggle through potentially hundreds of pages of documents2. A system whereby you can be emailed with any new application (I realise this exists in some way already). This system should work with:3. Classification of applications depending on how widespread the impact is - so larger and taller schemes should trigger consultation over a wider area.4. Further to 3. above - I would like a consultation with all residents about how the criteria are set for classification.5. If the application is for a 50 storey tower or similar then the entire Borough should be consulted (and possibly adjoining Boroughs). In other words if there is a project which is massive and unlike buildings already here then there should effectively be a referendum. I'm sure others will add more features...
