Door to door fish selling?

Anybody got any experience of men from North Shields knocking on doors selling fish around Acton today? Are they reliable? Have searched the forum but seems to be nothing written about them!

If its the same gkuys as before, they are just selling fish. Slight problem sometimes with the fridge in the van. If you are tempted, smell your purchase carefully before parting with your money.

There was a post on face book about door to door fish monger in a blue van.The woman felt she had been pressurised into buying fish  then they asked to see her garden. Someone suggested they were dog thieves.

There has in the past been a van parked on the pavement near West Acton station which used to sell "fresh fish" and claimed to have travelled from that area, but I have no idea whether it still appears.
