Agree, Brian, although I probably would have worded by opinion differently!When you have a Ealing Council Director also sitting as board member on not one but two Catalyst organisations (one of which is the "for-profit" Catalyst By Design), you have to ask yourself how impartial this whole Friary Park planning application will be.

Mugs. There's a plan, put in place long ago I'm told. Your Council Leader and cronies plus Catalyst are going to have your guts for garters, you're being striped up, you actually believe the BS they tell you? Mugs. Money counts, NOTHING else.

Oh yes flatas are getting too expensive in Acton for many. But the question in my mind is whether Catalyst plan to market these apartments to Londoners first or at the same time as overseas buyers. The Mayor's concordate allows for either choice. I see he was strongly lobbied by an Associaton of Developers in London ( who knew?) and retreated from his original idea of Londoners first.
