The general effect of the Ealing (Acton Central- Zone K and K1) (Residents Parking Places) (Amendment No. *) Order 201* would be to:(a) transfer existing permit parking places (for the use of residents, business users and their visitors) in Alfred Road, Birkbeck Road, Burlington Gardens, Burlington Mews, Chaucer Road, Cowper Road, Cromwell Close, Derwentwater Road, Grove Place, Goldsmith Road, Grove Road, Hooper’s Mews, Horn Lane (Nos. 1 – 35 odd and 2 – 34 even), Locarno Road, Market Place, Milton Road, Myrtle Road, south of Shakespeare Road, Narrow Street, Newburgh Road, Shakespeare Road, Spencer Road (between Shakespeare Road and Churchfield Road), Steyne Road (the east to west arm) and Stuart Road from K1 sub zone to K sub zone;(b) provide that the transferred parking places would operate between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive; and(c) provide that passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles, motorcycles and disabled persons vehicles may be left in a parking place without limitation on time during the controlled hours and provided that with the exception of motorcycles and disabled persons vehicles, a valid (in an electronic form) K or K1 zone permit or voucher has been issued to the vehicle.3. The general effect of the Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. *) Order 201* would be to amend existing single yellow waiting restrictions so that they would apply between the controlled hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays in lengths of Alfred Road, Birkbeck Road, Burlington Gardens, Burlington Mews, Chaucer Road, Churchfield Road, Cowper Road, Cromwell Close, Derwentwater Road, Goldsmith Road, Grove Place, Grove Road, Hooper’s Mews, Horn Lane (subsidiary arm), Locarno Road, Market Place, Milton Road, Myrtle Road, south of Shakespeare Road, Newburgh Road, Rectory Road, Shakespeare Road, Spencer Road (between Shakespeare Road and Churchfield Road) and Stuart Road.4. Residents Parking Permits would be available for residents in the K sub-zone at a cost of £83 per annum (renewals) for the first vehicle at an address and business users’ permits would be available at a cost of £800 per annum. Please note that these permits would be available for use throughout the K and K1 sub zones.5. Business Visitors Vouchers can be purchased at a cost of £1.20 per hour and Borough wide visitors’ service vouchers would be available to park in the zone at a cost of £2.40 per hour.6. Residents Visitors Vouchers would be available at a cost of 60p an hour (£4.50 maximum per day).“
