Early morning dog barking

Is anyone else in the Avenue Road/Avenue Crescent sort of area being disturbed by a dog barking early in the morning? It seems to be being kept outside, or let out early in the morning, and it enjoys a good bark when it gets light. Not what you want at 7.45am on a Sunday morning when you were hoping for a lie-in! Especially as the bark is very high-pitched with an element of screeching brakes or nails-on-blackboard! Oh well, at least I've got a head start on my Christmas Puddings this morning...

Indeed, you need to complain to the RSPCA. You're a witness to animal cruelty.

It's not clear where it's coming from so would be difficult to tell them where the dog is.

Now it seems like its kept outside all night and barks all the way through. Suffice to say we didn't get any sleep last night.
