Windy night/Plastics recycling white container

Our plastics recycling bag has probably flown all the way to Canary Wharf by now but just in case anyone in Acton finds it. It does say '60' on it but no postcode or street name...While I'm on the subject, if anyone finds a table tennis table cover (blue) it's probably ours.

Well there have been reports of damage to cars already from wheelie bins.I do wish that people would tie their bins back to the wall where they can.  This is easy with a bungee tie.  Lids can be attached with plastic string so they don't hurtle down the street. It seems the problem is that landlords don't and won't take responsibility and tenants feel that they can't but I think they should or should get their letting agent to organise it.
