Only an opinion, but since losing their licence to sell alcohol? it looks like the owner is leasing out the pub part to a Shisha cafe establishment judging by the amounts of air con going in today. All seems a bit slap dash, particularly the gloss painting outside - no prep, just slap new gloss over the existing and hope for the best, and if you cant reach the top of the windows just leave it no-one will notice. Haven't seen the inside though. The gated giant dog kennel on the side doesn't look too badly constructed but I haven't given that a close look. Anyone seen any planing apps?
