Classic Art Deco Building on the Vale Soon to Be 'Developed'

The SCI document also includes a picture of the proposed additions. Of all the proposals that I've seen for the old buildings along the vale this one actually seems to take into account the history and beauty of the building. I think the architect has done a good job here apart from the balconies that seem out of place.

The "SCI" document lists who they wrote to and when - also includes a summary of the feedback but without any numbers.Their summary of the summary is that it was generally positive.
