Using a room from home as a therapy room.
I have qualified as a Play therapist (MA) of British Assocition of PlayTherapsits and Filial Therapist and am looking to work independantly from home and in local schools, as well as offering visits to clients in their homes. this service is for adults and children. I am enhanced CRB checked, I am fully insured and adhere to a code of conduct from my professional body.I am wondering if others who work from home in a therapuetic manner would mind getting in touch and giving me some tips in how to manage this with registering with insurance company, council - if I have to, and any other tips or pitfalls I need to be aware of. there is such a dearth of experiental therapsits, I want to reach as many people as I can while being flexibe.
