What (if anything) is happening to Berrico's?

The former printer in Churchfield road next to the Sainsbury local has been empty for ages.Someone was just enquiring what is happening there. Is it for let? If so, through who? Is it being developed?Any information?Seems a waste of a good space at the moment.

I seem to recall that being rumoured some time ago - but no source and no way of checking that I know.Any more?

Was there not some suggestion that the owner died intestate - meaning that any attempt to sell or let is being stalled by legal formalities??
