Quick update after a visitation. The shack is a Caribbean restaurant/takeaway serving fare such as jerk chicken, rice and peas, sweet potato fries, plantain, ribs, slaw, Jamaican punch and a whole other host of seemingly authentic Caribbean cuisine.They have three steel drums (of the not musical variety), that have been converted into large coal BBQs which they use to grill the food. There's limited seating inside and it's open till 11PM. The website indicates you can park in Halfords car park after 6PM, turning it into a drive-thru type deal. If it's adopted by the late-night boy-racer crowd and trouble follows, issues with the residents association will no doubt ensue.The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty, so it’s worth a visit if you like Jamaican food.
